All displays are inspected as they go through the assembly process. We ask for samples to make sure all of your product fits into the displays we are creating for you. If any issues in shipping occurs, it is your responsibility to contact that particular carrier for compensation. Any other issues will be handled on a one to one basis. We will also ask you to provide pictures of any issues you may have.
